What is Good to Me Box?

Good to Me Box is a monthly subscription box that is filled with a selection of items curated to help improve your mental well-being and self-care practices.  Each box contains 5-6 high-quality items and products.

How much does a Good to Me subscription cost?

A monthly subscription starts at £19.99 per month, with £4.99 delivery within the United Kingdom.  If you choose to buy a longer subscription (3 or 6 months), you’ll get an extra savings.

How can I update my card details, address, etc.?

If you created an account when you checked out, simply log-in to your account to change it.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our 3 and 6 month subscriptions are paid upfront.  If you’d like to cancel, you need to cancel before the 6th of the month when your subscription renews.

What happens when my subscription ends?

All of our subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration.  If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you will need to cancel it before the 6th of the month when it renews.

When are the boxes shipped?

The boxes are shipped out the week of the 20th every month.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using any or all parts of the Good to Me website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your use of our service expressly conditions and denotes your acceptance of, and compliance with, all terms and conditions laid out by Good to Me. If for any reason you do not agree to any or all of the following terms & conditions, please refrain from using this site and our services.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Good to Me reserves the right, with sole discretion, to modify or change our terms & conditions at any time. Upon modification of these terms, Good to Me will always notify you, the customer, of these modifications. It is your responsibility as a user of our website and services to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions and to be aware of modified terms. Use of our website and services upon review of this modified terms denotes your acceptance of such modified terms.

REGARDING OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

“Services” pertains to any or all services offered by Good to Me and includes, without limitation, the subscription box service, the purchase of one or more of our subscription boxes, including the goods (products) offering therein, the use of this website and any other Services Good to Me performs for you via Good to Me.

Good to Me reserves the right to discontinue services at any time, including restricting your use of various services and suspending your use of services as they see fit.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

You may purchase one or more of our subscription boxes Through Good to Me subscription service to receive monthly shipments of boxes containing a curated selection of 5-6 full-sized self-care items and products. The various types of subscriptions and their pricing information is available on the How it Works page, in addition to the FAQ page. Subscriptions for boxes through Good to Me are available at varying lengths (1, 3 or 6 months) and are available for purchase on the Shop page. For your subscription, Good to Me will charge you each month and will ship your subscription box to the address you provide at the same time each month. Regardless of whether you choose a short-term or long-term subscription, each subscription is billed monthly (not as a lump-sum). As per the FAQs, your subscription box will ship out to you on the 20th of each month. The cut-off date by which you must order your box in order to receive it, is the 6th of each month. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, you will have until the 6th of each month to do so.

ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION

Good to Me will charge all subsequent fees for your chosen subscription to the billing information you provide upon purchase. When you purchase a subscription with Good to Me, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for providing Good to Me with accurate billing information, including accurate payment and shipping information. In the event that you update to your billing information (such as your payment or address information), you must notify Good to Me within 14 days of such update(s) in order for your subscription box to be delivered for the subsequent month. If the payment information you have provided is not correct, or Good to Me is unable to process your payment, Good to Me will make every attempt to contact you regarding the error in processing to inform you of the issue. Failure to provide accurate billing information may result in the delay or cancellation of your subscription with Good to Me.

By purchasing a subscription with Good to Me, you accept and acknowledge that you are responsible for providing not only correct billing information, but correct shipping information. Good to Me is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled boxes upon delivery. Additionally, if you provide Good to Me with inaccurate shipping information, Good to Me is not responsible for the failure of the delivery of your box to the correct address.

PRICING

Good to Me reserves the right to change or modify the price of each subscription box, upon notice to you, at their sole discretion, provided that any subscription you have already paid for at the time of such notice will not be affected by such a change for the then-current subscription.

CANCELLATION & RENEWAL

At the end of each Subscription term, you subscription with Good to Me will automatically renew for an additional subscription term, unless you choose otherwise. You will be notified of your subscription renewal via e-mail. Should you choose to cancel your subscription with Good to Me, you must do so no later than by the 6th day of that month. For instance, if you purchased a 3-month subscription box with Good to Me and did not want to renew said subscription, you must notify Good to Me of your desire to cancel said subscription by the 6th day of the month in which you are meant to receive your next box.

Good to Me reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, at their sole discretion. In the event that Good to Me were to cancel or refuse your order, Good to Me will attempt to notify you via e-mail using the contact information you provided upon purchase of your subscription order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Good to Me does not accept returns or exchanges of any subscription box, nor any product within any subscription box. Each box is carefully curated and lovingly assembled to ensure you receive your subscription box damage-free, however, Good to Me ultimately has no control over how your subscription box arrives to you after being posted. Should your box or any product within arrive damaged, please contact Good to Me within two weeks of receiving said box. You will need to provide Good to Me with photographic evidence of such damage (via e-mail) in order to receive a replacement product or box. boxes are shipped by a third-party courier and, as such, the title and risk of loss or damage to a box passes to you upon our delivery of the box to the courier.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Though Good to Me makes every effort to ensure the information provided on its website, in addition to the information contained in the box, is accurate and truthful, Good to Me cannot make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of information on its website and/or contained in the box. Good to Me makes no representations nor warranties whatsoever regarding the products provided by other brands or vendors, and you acknowledge that any or all reliance on representations and warranties provided by any brand or vendor shall be at your own risk. Furthermore, Good to Me accepts no responsibility regarding your use of the products in each box; any or all such use is at your own risk.

Good to Me is responsible for maintaining and protecting the information you provide at the time of purchase of any Good to Me subscription.

Good to Me collects your personal/private information in order to supply you the subscription services you choose to purchase through Good to Me. Good to Me will never ask you to provide information for use of purposes outside of your subscription purchase. Good to Me may ask you for your e-mail and contact information to update you regarding your subscription, for newsletter purposes or to notify you of changes in its Terms & Conditions. In certain situations, the purpose for which your personal information is collected may be clear, and consent may be required, such as your billing and/or shipping information for the purpose of billing and sending your subscription box to you, as purchased by you.

CONSENT

Both knowledge and consent are required for the collection of personal/private information, except where required or permitted by law. When you provide Good to Me with your persona/private information (such as billing and shipping information), you are doing so as a personal choice. However, your choice in deciding not to supply Good to Me with certain information (such as your shipping address, for example) may result in Good to Me having difficulty providing you with the services purchased by you. Good to Me will not require you to consent to the disclosure any personal/private information as a condition to the supply or a service or product, except as required by Good to Me to be able to supply you with said service or product.

DISCLOSURE & RETENTION

Personal information supplied to Good to Me by you will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected, unless you have consented or where it is required and/or permitted by law. Personal information will only be retained by Good to Me for the duration of time it is needed in order for Good to Me to provide you with service or product purchased by you, or as it may be required by law.
